How is everyone doing?

Kawasho is an Edomae eel specialty restaurant where you can enjoy eels carefully selected domestically. We offer a variety of eel dishes such as "Unaju," "Hitsumabushi," and "Kabayaki," in which the eel is steamed for a long time so that it remains fluffy even after being grilled, as well as "Uzakaki" and "Umaki," which are the standard eel dishes. Children's menus and chairs for children are also available, making it a great place to dine with the whole family or to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and other occasions.
