At "Kawa-Syo" on the 9th floor of Tokyu Kichijoji Store, you can enjoy "Edomae Eel" which is made only from domestic eel and grilled with the skill of a master craftsman. The "kabayaki" is a must-try, with the skin crispy and the meat tender and fluffy, after being repeatedly dipped in a secret sauce. It is served in unaju, hitsu-mabushi, and other dishes.
