How is everyone doing?

You can enjoy the fluffy texture of "Edomae Unagi (eel)," which is slowly steamed and then grilled over an exquisite flame. We also offer "Hitsu-mabushi", which you can enjoy with your favorite condiments and soup stock. Our standard eel dishes, "Umaki, Uzaku (eel roll), Uzaku (fish ball), and KIMOGUSHI (liver skewer)," are also a must-try.
