How is everyone doing?

We offer a variety of eel dishes such as "Unaju" (eel stew with special sauce), "Hitsumabushi" (eel stew with broth and condiments), "Umaki" (eel roll), and "Gutsushi" (skewers with liver). We use domestically produced eels, so you can enjoy the fluffy and tender texture and the delicious taste of high-quality fat. Our special eel dishes are recommended for business occasions such as business entertainment and dinners spent in Kichijoji, as well as for anniversary and birthday celebrations.
