The Japanese restaurant "KAWASHO" offers "Edomae Unagi" which is steamed for a long time to give it a fluffy texture even after it is grilled. The lineup includes "Unaju (eel)" served with special sauce, "Hitsumabushi" to be enjoyed with soup stock and condiments, and "Shiroyaki (grilled eel)" to savor the taste of the eel itself. The restaurant's calm wood-toned interior features mainly table seating as well as a private room with a door that can accommodate up to 8 persons.
